Customer Support Executive
Smartvalue is a rapid-growing company active in the e-commerce sector with multiple awarded websites (e.g. Newpharma, elected twice as Best Belgian E-shop). We understand the challenges and opportunities of e-commerce development and are currently expanding our activities throughout Europe.
Excellent opportunity for a French or Dutch native speaker who likes satisfying customers and speaking several languages.
You are responsible for contacts with online shops’ customers and are in charge of handling their emails and calls. You have the ability to obtain and analyze all relevant information in order to resolve the issue. Thanks to your empathy and incredible sense of contact with customers, you are able to manage this crucial relationship, fundamental for the development of important e-commerce companies. Your quick and precise answers represent the public image of our e-shops. Positive thinking, patience and continuous improvement are the keywords. Our goal is to maintain the highest level of customer service!
For this function, we would be glad to work with you in our Liège (Wandre) offices.
For this position, you are:
French native with excellent written and oral skills, with a good knowledge of Dutch + English
Dutch native with excellent written and oral skills, with a good knowledge of French + Englis
Basic knowledge of German is welcome
Personally, you are:
Perfect spelling and rigorous
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to evolve in a “just-in-time” and fast-moving environment
Eager to learn
No business experience required (any experience is always welcome)
